Sébastien Badet has been an Investment Manager at Renaissance Management AG since 2026. Before joining Renaissance, he worked at UBS and Helvetica Capital AG in Zurich. He brings extensive experience in Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Finance. He led several investment transactions, supported the development of Swiss industrial portfolio companies, and also served as Interim CFO.

He holds a joint Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Zurich and the University of St. Gallen, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Management from HEC Lausanne.
