Thomas Zellweger has been a member of the Board of Directors of Renaissance Management since October 2025.

Professor at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and Director of the Swiss Research Institute of Small Business and Entrepreneurship (KMU-HSG), he is a recognized expert in governance, succession, and strategy in family businesses. He also serves on the boards of several Swiss SMEs and advises entrepreneurs on governance and strategic matters.

Author of Managing the Family Business, awarded by the European Academy of Management, he has held research appointments at Stanford University, the Wharton School, and the University of British Columbia.

Thomas Zellweger holds a PhD in Management from the University of St. Gallen.
